The name "Yellow Hat Solutions" was inspired by Edward de Bono's "Six Thinking Hats". In his thinking system, the yellow hat identifies values and benefits and why something can work.

Yellow Hat Solutions was founded in 2008 by Paul Dewis. Paul has over 20 years experience operating in fast moving consumer goods.
Paul has a broad business understanding. He is able to develop rapport and communicate effectively with every business function. This key strength allows him to deliver results quickly.
